I wasn’t happy with how these came out. They still taste off and are too sweet. When I used the optional corn syrup, they
tasted better, but staled out very fast.
2 ½ c granola
1 ½ c rice
½ c nuts
½ c peanut butter
1/8 c honey
¼ cup agave (or corn syrup)
½ c brown sugar
1/8 t salt
Crispy Rice method.
My next try will be to use oat flour as a binder, so I don't' have to use as much sweetener.
