Minty ice cream 10.28.14

This ice cream was a bit too eggy.  I used a mix of dried mint and fresh mint.  The taste was a little leafy.

8 yolks
6 oz sugar
1 c milk
2 c heavy cream
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
1 t dried mint leaves
