Banana macaroon
It was beautiful and had a perfect texture. You can see the crisp crust and the chewy middle. I don't really like banana flavoured things, so I wasn't into the banananess of it all. They are smaller than Bouchon Bakery's macaroons. I think I like the larger size better actually.
